Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and review the company's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management systems in accordance with MOM, BCA, and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, bizSAFE, and industry standards, including preparation of documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.

  • Lead quality audits, site inspections, and document reviews to ensure adherence to QMS procedures.
  • Work closely with project teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met across the value chain.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and recommend improvement strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental/Quality Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years & above of relevant experience in Safety, Compliance, and Quality Management within the construction industry (main contractor experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of WSH Act, BCA regulations, ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and bizSAFE framework.
  • Proven track record in managing audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
