Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and review the company's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management systems in accordance with MOM, BCA, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, bizSAFE, and industry standards, including preparation of documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.

- Establish, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
- Ensure that project quality objectives are met by aligning processes with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Lead quality audits, site inspections, and document reviews to ensure adherence to QMS procedures.
- Work closely with project teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met across the value chain.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and recommend improvement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental/Quality Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years & above of relevant experience in Safety, Compliance, and Quality Management within the construction industry (main contractor experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of WSH Act, BCA regulations, ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and bizSAFE framework.
- Proven track record in managing audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
