Brief Description & Role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a strong interest in radio frequency and antenna applications. This role offers exciting, demanding, and rewarding projects with ample opportunities for learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Design RF system architecture
- Perform RF circuit design, including HPA and LNA circuit design, tuning and matching
- Review and design RF board schematics and layouts.
- Test and verify RF Prototypes for products.
- Evaluate RF Components.
- Provide manufacturing support
- Preferably added advantage if able to conduct antenna testing and design, including :
-Developing and optimizing antenna designs for various applications.
-Performing simulations and measurements to validate antenna performance.
-Collaborating with other engineers to integrate antennas into larger systems.
-Troubleshooting and resolving antenna related issues during the design and testing phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience. A Master's or PHD with relevant experience is preferred.
- Practical experience in radio frequency system and circuit design, with a proven track record in wireless or satellite communication products.
- In-depth knowledge of RF circuit design for LNA and high-power amplifier.
- Knowledge of antenna design and RF circuit design for aerospace applications.

1. Perform RAN Preventive / Corrective maintenance work such as;

3. Perform SYSCON operation
• Monitor and identify network failures, execute corrective actions, report and update customers, liaise with maintenance agencies and building owners, and assist in log retrieval.
• Service new UEs, update software, confirm failures, assist in tracking and remote wipe of lost UEs.
• Provide software support, basic troubleshooting, and escalate to application vendors when necessary.

• Work with sub-contractors to ensure work quality & timely delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
