Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Sales to join our Pro Shop team at clubFACE Driving Range. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchases, provide product recommendations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have a passion for golf, sales, and customer service, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and club member accounts.
- Maintain the appearance of the pro shop by ensuring products are neatly displayed and stocked.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Stay updated on the latest golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to provide informed recommendations.
- Coordinate with other golf club departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in organizing sales promotions and special events at the pro shop.
Requirements:
- Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in a golf or sporting goods environment.
- Basic knowledge of golf and golf-related products is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
