Responsibilities

  • Responsible for anchoring recruitment strategy and activities, including quality delivery of essential HR services (EVP, recruitment outreach, platforms, institutions etc.)
  • Serve as recruitment partner to key business divisions, working closely with business stakeholders to support business expansion
  • Implement recruitment activities across all platforms, including recruitment project and partner management
  • Lead and facilitate country initiatives, including establishment of candidate supply channels, SOPs, policies etc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 3 to 7 years as a recruitment or HR generalist, in a fast moving F&B environment
