Our client is seeking a skilled consultant for a secondment focused on the internalisation of a REIT manager for a Singapore Exchange (SGX) listed, Singapore domiciled Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). **Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required. Business, Finance, Real Estate, Surveying or related subject preferred
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience in investment banking or Asia Pacific real estate investment/asset management in an institutional environment would be preferred. Corporate level investment or valuation experiences would have higher priority
+ Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
+ Strong attention to details. Able to take ownership and work independently with guidance and supervision from the leadership team
+ Strong risk assessment skills. Ability to compile, monitor, examine, and audit various financial, performance, and/or data reports for accuracy, integrity, and conformance to performance benchmarks
