  • In-depth knowledge of relevant authorities' requirements and regulations pertaining to construction projects

Business and Financial Management:

  • Develop a project business plan and annual financial plan for revenue and profit delivery.
  • Financial responsibility for the delivery of the annual projects Plan.
  • Carry out monthly forecasting and ensure the project are delivered at the right margins
  • Oversee the monthly P&L and ensure all over-head costs (PMs/HoP) are fully accountable and recoverable.

Based in Singapore with occasional travel, the TPL will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and manage aircraft technical projects, including overseeing consultants, serving as a customer liaison, and reporting on project progress.

The TPL will support the Singapore office in building its technical team and expansion strategy, leveraging relationships and infrastructure from our Shannon office to gain market share and establish the brand. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance and ensuring adherence to aircraft regulatory requirements and company policies.


Essential Job Functions

● Project management of aircraft redeliveries, repossessions, buy-outs and other transactions

● Determining project deliverables and achieving predetermined targets

● Manage and track all associated project costs; update live trackers

● Work closely with all stakeholders to update on project progress and implement technical solutions to issues as they arise

● Attend daily meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and opportunities

● Ensure effective communications with customers and proactively follow up with customers in relation to issues

● Support the internal coordination of any feedback received from our customers and collate for provision to the Management Team

● Conduct analysis that will lead to effective problem solving within the technical operations environment

● Support the Leadership Team in implementing objectives and strategies

● Monitor and manage technical provisions of aircraft and engine lease agreements

● Familiarity with aviation regulatory terminology

● In-depth knowledge and understanding of aircraft records and aircraft technical services

● Performing QA inspections of record builds both internal and external

● Lead technical team both on-site and remote

● Analyse third-party contracts to extract and distribute relevant data to team members,ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality protocols


Education/Experience

● Educated to degree in a technical engineering or aviation related subject or an alternative relevant technical qualification with 5 years’ work experience in the aviation technical field

● Strong and proven track record of people management experience

● Microsoft (or equivalent) skills necessary (MS Project, Word, Excel, Power point), including the ability to design and utilise effective spreadsheets

● Knowledge of Aircraft Technical Services

● Experience with aviation industry leading document management & maintenance ERP systems a plus

  • Lead and direct on all project operations and activities such as the design, plan, schedule, scope and budget.
  • Manage and ensure completion of assigned upgrading / Additional & Alteration (A&A) works in accordance to the client’s expectation within the timeline and budget
  • Manage and negotiate consultant services on assigned projects. Monitors and evaluates the appropriateness and progress performed and completed by licensed or certified consultants.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that required work is
    satisfactorily performed and completed by certified consultants.
  • Monitors and reports on all phases of planning and construction
  • Provides direction on all project operations and activities such as the design, planning, schedule, project scope and project budget
  • Manage and monitor project fund which includes all payment to consultants, contractors and authorities
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Tertiary or equivalent qualification in Project Management / Facilities Management / Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8 yrs or above relevant experience.
