Key Responsibilities- Review and validate data during pre-design and design phases to ensure feasibility and alignment with client briefs
- Use digital tools and BIM to develop computational models that optimize design performance
- Lead and collaborate with architectural and project teams throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee contract administration and help formulate procurement strategies
- Evaluate outcomes against computational design goals and propose improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and sustainability practices
- Incorporate digital innovation into architectural design processes
- Guide and mentor junior team members in project execution and design reviews
- Address and resolve technical, site, and coordination issues during implementation
- Maintain design and documentation standards aligned with local authority regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery
- Strong understanding of Singapore building regulations and authority submission processes
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max
- Knowledge of computational design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper) is an advantage
- Technologically adept with a keen interest in digital design and innovation
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project administration tools
- Excellent project leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to think critically, manage complex timelines, and lead multidisciplinary teams
