Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for Supply Chain Operational Support for cross business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor the final approval of machine builds through the complete production cycle.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs and customer requirements are met.
- Monitor weekly (or daily in demand) Shipment/MFG schedules and coordinate activities with Production/ Engineering/ Purchasing/ Logistics/ Customer Ops and Marketing as required.
- Ensure orders are released timely for Machines build & Customization for shipments.
- Manage shipment grids to build plan/ change models/ conversion/ demo/ rotation.
- Follow-up shortages with buyers on ETA & escalate issue affecting build/ ship
- Present in Weekly MPS meeting, Production Material Shortage meeting, Quarterly Business Review meeting.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of working experiences in Materials and Production planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP software, Microsoft Office, Excel Macro and/or Oracle report writing a plus
- Familiar with production flow and constraints.
- Familiar with scheduling mechanics and procedures
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good organization skills, decision making capabilities, and detail oriented.
- Independent, self-motivated, responsible.
- Ability to multi-task and a good team player
- Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management

We are seeking an experienced Production & Materials Planner to establish production schedules, perform capacity analysis, and ensure timely job order launches to meet production targets. The role involves close coordination with materials teams, outsourcing partners, and production cells to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure target finished goods inventory and WIP levels are met.
- Conduct long-term load and capacity analysis for all production cells and propose solutions to resolve capacity gaps.
- Analyze load and capacity for RFQ parts and recommend capital acquisition if needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production and materials planning, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.

1) Production Cycle, Inventory, and Raw Material Planning
- Overall responsible on production sequence, monitor production cycle.
- In-charge of inventory movement planning process to ensures that inventory, raw material planning and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are all aligned and as well as preventing material shortage.
- To reduce off-spec % (derived from transitions) at minimum level
2) Demand Planning
- Lead monthly S&OP meetings with related stake holders
- Align manufacturing capacity with demand and work to optimize inventory levels and communicate production constraints and necessary forecast adjustments with distributors.
- Collaborate with distributors to increase lifting.
- Work closely with Plant operation team to evaluate distributors’ ad-hoc requests and advise on the best solution on the changes of production scheduling.
- Manage monthly reports and conduct annual simulations for production, sales, and inventory planning.
3) Production Scheduling
- Manage daily production schedule and adjust dates while keeping high production accuracy and analyzing its impact to the demand plan
- Work with Plant operation team to evaluate distributors’ ad-hoc requests and changes to scheduled production
- Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors which impact on production schedule, Inventory, quality etc
4) Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Finalize monthly closing data and support Finance department on monthly reporting.
- Prepare and manage the yearly budget and monthly forecast simulation for production, sales and inventory figures as well as several performance indexes
5) Scheduling Tools & ERP System Parameters
- Monitor and resolve errors in data flow from Sales Orders to Goods Receipts among manufacturers and distributors; propose short- and long-term solutions.
- Understand SAP processes (PO to Goods Receipt) of relevant parties, facilitate communication, conduct basic training, and streamline interdepartmental processes.
- Lead the development of scheduling tools and ERP system parameters to enhance data efficiency and accuracy
Job Requirement:
‒ Degree in Industrial, chemical, or other engineering field. Business and supply Chain management.
‒ Over 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably from a fast-paced manufacturing environment : Petrochemical manufacturing experience a plus
‒ Experience in demand/supply planning, inventory management and process optimization
