Main Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge Purchase Orders (PO) from suppliers and clients.
- Manage invoices and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with forwarders and logistics.
- Oversee cleaning services and facility management.
- Coordinate with building management and contractors.
- Arrange travel and accommodation, including flights.
- Manage inventory items, including tracking items in and out.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Coordination and support with after sales service department from HQ.
- It’s a 50% time part-job.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
