Key Responsibilities:

• Apply protective coats of paint, varnish, lacquer, and/or other related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of steel/metal structures.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, torching, and/or smoothing prior to painting, varnishing, lacquering or applying other related materials.
• Clean equipment, paint mixing area, and work area.
• Operate sandblasters, spray equipment, small power equipment, and lifting equipment.
• Apply paints, stains, surface preparatory materials, and undercoating materials to various surfaces as needed, ensuring compliance with hazardous materials guidelines.
• Identify, handle, and dispose of paints, stains, preparatory and undercoating materials, and other hazardous substances safely.
• Mix paints and other solutions, monitoring drying times to ensure desired results.
• Adhere to all required safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the painting industry.
• Knowledge of painting materials and their selection, mixing, and application.

· Clean the funnel , paint barrel after done pour paint into machine .

· Set Up Spraying Machine

· Submit sample to QC for approval run

· Assist to run the machine and monitor the machine during production

· Top up paint during production run

· Purging and cleaning of machine prepare for change colour

Requirements

• ITE / NITEC Certificate or GCE 'N' Level
• 1 or 2 year relevant experience
• Knowledge in Spray Painting and Paint mixing
• 5 days – Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm
• Able to work overtime
