We are a reputable outsourced firm specializing in bookkeeping and human resources, with an extensive team of professionals. We welcome candidates with HR or Accounts experience to apply for this part-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Singapore HR regulations, including on-boarding, off-boarding, IR21, IR8A, and experience in using WPOL and EPOL related to the Construction industry. Additionally, they should be skilled in payroll calculations, stocktake management, administrative tasks, and meeting minute preparation.
This role involves visiting client offices one to two days a week, handling outstanding HR/Accounts-related matters not addressed by our backend teams. The candidate must be able to promptly address client queries and provide excellent customer service.

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting custom solutions within SAP HCM (Human Capital Management). The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance ABAP programs for SAP HCM modules (PY).
- Work on custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEF).
- Develop and maintain HR-specific objects like Infotypes, HR clusters, and Payroll functions (schemas, rules).
- Implement and support SAP HR Forms using HR Forms Workplace, Adobe Forms, or Smart Forms.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.
- Support the integration of SAP HCM with external systems using ALE, IDOC, BAPIs, and BADIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support for SAP HR applications.
- Optimize performance of existing ABAP programs and reports.
- Document technical designs, test cases, and user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- SAP ABAP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP ABAP HR development experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA - Personnel Administration, OM - Organizational Management, PY - Payroll, PT - Personnel Time Management).
- Proficiency in ABAP programming including Reports (Classical, ALV), Dialog Programming, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
- Experience in developing and modifying HR-specific infotypes and HR Forms.
- Hands-on experience with HR-Payroll Schemas and Rules.
