  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels to identify and attract potential candidates

  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
    Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our Candidate Management System, and to generate reports on recruitment metrics

Human Resource Operations:

  • HR Process Management: Oversee and streamline HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, administration of HR systems, issuance of letters and payroll etc
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, employee grievances and administration
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR operations function and implement best practices

Communications:

  • Rapport Building: Establish rapport and build a trusted relationship with clients. They have to quickly know you truly care about them and their best interests
  • Effective Communications: To communicate in a manner that sends across a clear message with intent

  • Conduct interviews for both employers and domestic helpers.

  • Maintain and organize biodata of domestic helpers for presentation to employers.

Customer Service & Mediation

  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, job portals (e.g., Bestmaid, Netmaid), and walk-ins.
  • Serve as the main liaison between employer and helper throughout the hiring and deployment process.
  • Provide training and job orientation to new and transfer domestic helpers.
  • Mediate disputes and resolve issues between employers and helpers during employment.

Administrative Duties
