Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels to identify and attract potential candidates
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our Candidate Management System, and to generate reports on recruitment metrics
Human Resource Operations:
- HR Process Management: Oversee and streamline HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, administration of HR systems, issuance of letters and payroll etc
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, employee grievances and administration
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR operations function and implement best practices
Communications:
- Rapport Building: Establish rapport and build a trusted relationship with clients. They have to quickly know you truly care about them and their best interests
- Effective Communications: To communicate in a manner that sends across a clear message with intent

FDW(Care-Giver)/ employee for company
- Conduct interviews for both employers and domestic helpers.
- Assist in job-matching between employers and suitable domestic helpers/employee.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and personality to match job requirements.
- Advertise job openings on MOM-approved platforms and online job portals.
- Maintain and organize biodata of domestic helpers for presentation to employers.
- Source for potential employers and jobseekers through databases, referrals, and online platforms.
Customer Service & Mediation
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, job portals (e.g., Bestmaid, Netmaid), and walk-ins.
- Serve as the main liaison between employer and helper throughout the hiring and deployment process.
- Provide training and job orientation to new and transfer domestic helpers.
- Mediate disputes and resolve issues between employers and helpers during employment.
