Recruitment & Matching
2 Roles, 1 to FDW employer, 1 to organizations
FDW(Care-Giver)/ employee for company
Conduct interviews for both employers and domestic helpers.
Assist in job-matching between employers and suitable domestic helpers/employee.
Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and personality to match job requirements.
Advertise job openings on MOM-approved platforms and online job portals.
Maintain and organize biodata of domestic helpers for presentation to employers.
Source for potential employers and jobseekers through databases, referrals, and online platforms.
Customer Service & Mediation
Handle enquiries via phone, email, job portals (e.g., Bestmaid, Netmaid), and walk-ins.
Serve as the main liaison between employer and helper throughout the hiring and deployment process.
Provide training and job orientation to new and transfer domestic helpers.
Mediate disputes and resolve issues between employers and helpers during employment.
Provide after-sales support and follow-ups.
Administrative Duties
Prepare and manage all contracts using company-approved forms.
Ensure employment contracts comply with MOM and other regulatory requirements.
Complete all relevant documentation for new hires and employment processing.
Coordinate with the sales team on requirements from both clients and jobseekers.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in FDW placement or related industries
Ability to conduct interviews fluently in English
Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, policies, and employment legislation
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
