This role involves overseeing the delivery of occupational therapy services to ensure residents receive high-quality care. Key responsibilities include leading a team of therapists, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists in providing quality care to residents
- Conduct regular assessments of residents to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted treatment plans
- Develop and implement effective training programs for therapy aides to enhance their skills and competencies
- Manage the inventory of therapy equipment and maintain records of maintenance and repair
- Collaborate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and support care teams to coordinate quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Must possess a recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy and be fully registered with AHPC, Singapore
- At least 2 years of working experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain high standards of service
- Self-motivated to stay up-to-date with advances in Occupational Therapy
- Willingness to travel across Singapore as required
