We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Regular working hours (OFF every Sunday & Public Holiday)
Convenient location (5-minute walk from Farrer Road MRT)
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Registration
Dispensing medication
Claim submission
Cashiering duties including payment collection
Answering enquiries
Perform phlebotomy (trained personnel only)
Chaperone and assisting doctor with procedures
Administrative duties include:
Simple filing
Filing relevant claims
Inventory checks and ordering of medicine
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
And any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Levels
At least 1 year of working experience in the Healthcare industry - preferrable
Required language: English and Mandarin
Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with a high level of integrity
Salary will be commensurated according to your experiemce and qualificatioins.
Operating Hours Are:
Monday to Fridays: 830am to 530pm
Saturday: 830am to 100pm
Closed every Sunday and Public Holiday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
