You might be the one we're looking for if:
- You are in mid-career and have been doing mortgage sales/brokering for more than 3 years with a proven sales record and a sizeable clientele base
- You have identified mortgage to be your chosen industry and career for life
- In the next phase of growth, you are looking for change to broker independently rather than to represent one single lender, and more importantly, the opportunity to do mortgage as your own business (work for yourself) !
- You also like to focus more on consultation rather than paperwork, thus be able to spend more quality time at home with young's kids and aging parents
- You see yourself as "business owner" with leadership qualities, i.e. you must be self-motivated, driven, passionate, fast and yet thrive in a team setting!
If all that describes you, we'll love to speak to you!
Your biggest concern will be solved when you join us – Leads!
Leads is the lifeblood of business, especially if you are building from scratch. Join an entrenched mortgage player with 11-year old (since 2014) proven track record with exploding leads.
We have a proven system of generating leads over the years, which has doubled since 2024, leading to an urgent need to assemble an A-list team of consultants quickly.
Benefits of Joining Us
- Quality, not quantity: Access quality leads who search google with intent through A.I. Overview
- More time for family with flexible hours & greater control of your time
- Perpetuate relationship with your existing clients when you represent more than one lender
- Double your conversion with a proven cycle-based methodology
- (After probation) Career stability with prospect of employer CPF, performance bonus, etc.
- Management role for high-performers including becoming directors, minority shareholders
- A bigger purpose with meaningful work well into retirement years
Who Are We Looking For?
· Our ideal candidate is a mid-career mortgage specialist in banks with 3-5 years of experience
· We may consider candidates in other financial sales roles like RM, FA, etc, with demonstrated service excellence and a strong clientele base
Why Join Us?
Embark on an exciting journey in our next phase of growth (2023-2030) as we build an A-list team of consultants inspired by a common vison & purpose:
“To deliver value to clients at all levels and become that trusted authority in mortgage solutions. We do that through innovative processes, use of technology with human touch, data-driven methodology and, most importantly, a sales culture of integrity & honesty. For longer-term sustainability and client care through the generations, we are also building a system & structure for our people which promises career progression, personal growth, job fulfilment, sabbatical & cover duties, even retirement cashflow.”
Our Vision
“To free people from the stress of mortgages and create a retirement income, for both employees and clients, so as to empower them to live their dreams and do good in the community we operate in.”
Profit or Purpose?
We are building a sales culture with a difference and a system for achieving financial independence. Speak to us if you want to break away from stressful targets & high thresholds to meet every quarter.
This is a full-time position on full commission structure leading to high remuneration. To build a mortgage business for long-term, be prepared to forgo basic pay and “employee mindset”. We don’t talk about thresholds and targets, we talk about leads, conversions, business goals and revenue.
Monetary compensation aside, if you care about longer-term career sustainability, employee welfare and social cause , we’ll love to talk to you.
