- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical and quality issues.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Diploma in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair.
- Strong technical aptitude with power and hand tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, independent and team-oriented.
