About the Role
As a Technician (Service QA) , you’ll play a vital role in inspecting elevator systems — both newly installed and under maintenance contracts. Working closely with senior engineers, you’ll ensure quality, safety, and technical performance standards are met. The role also involves investigation, reporting, and mentoring, contributing directly to continuous improvement efforts.
- Position: Technician (Service QA)
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Work Location: Islandwide site deployment based on scheduled inspections
- Office Location: West Singapore – Near Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
- Salary Range: $,300 – $3 010/month, aligned with industry standards for skilled technical roles
- Bonus Rewards: AWS (13-month), and variable performance bonus
- Other Allowances: Transport or mobility allowance provided (subject to role requirements and company policy); additional allowances subject to approval
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist senior engineers with technical matters involving elevator systems
- Perform quality assurance inspections on newly installed and existing equipment
- Respond promptly to safety or performance-related breakdowns
- Plan and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance
- Investigate technical faults and submit findings with recommendations
- Participate in equipment calibration activities when assigned
- Provide guidance to junior technicians and support technical training
- Perform ad hoc duties to support departmental goals
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance, elevator servicing, or related building systems is required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Possession of Triple E Certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems and QA practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including tables/analysis), and PowerPoint
- Owns a motorbike and valid license preferred; public transport users with relevant experience may also be considered
- Physically fit to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take initiative

- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assembly activities, including test results, process records, and technical reports.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, including experience in equipment assembly and testing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
