About the Role:

We are a dynamic direct sales company specializing in health and beauty products. We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our social media platforms and lead online traffic generation initiatives to support our growing business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including graphics, short videos, live sessions, and stories across digital platforms
  • Drive online traffic and generate qualified leads through digital channels such as SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, and content marketing
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and maintain the company website
  • Monitor key metrics and analyze performance data to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

SINDA seeks a highly motivated and creative individual to join the marketing team as a Content & Digital Marketing Executive. This role includes implementing digital efforts, managing digital platforms to drive optimal adoption of SINDA’s programmes and planning and producing marketing content.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing content generation, with a focus on video production

· Cultivate a strong social media presence with engaging content to promote a positive perception of the organisation and ensure adoption of programmes and services

· Create on-demand, engaging video content for social media platforms

· Contribute to content creation for website, social media channels and EDMs

· Produce or coordinate the production of engaging marketing video content

· Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing video content material with vendors

· Identify trends and opportunities for social media platforms

2. Digital marketing and maintenance of digital platforms

· Support digital marketing strategies for the organisation

· Support the management of the organisation’s website and plan and implement related projects

· Respond to and troubleshoot website issues

· Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information

· Create appropriate website content, aligned with the organisation’s strategy

· Identify ways to improve the digital user experience

3. Measurement of content marketing campaigns

· Monitor and measure content marketing campaigns

· Compile reports of content performance and results

· Improve new content using data and feedback

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications/Digital Marketing/Videography, with at least one year of relevant working experience

· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software)

· Fundamental understanding of SEO and SEM

· Have a good aesthetic sense and can produce content on demand

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in English and Tamil, and capable of content in both languages

· Required fortitude to sustain long-term projects

· Flexible in working on weekday evenings and weekends and in outdoor settings, when required (will be compensated with time off)

· Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required (will be compensated with time off/ Off in Lieu)

This is a 2-year contract position, convertible to a permanent role subject to performance and divisional requirements.

What you will do

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and involves leading a team of marketing professionals responsible for managing digital capabilities across the customer journey. You will oversee requirement gathering, software releases, and production support, collaborating with global development teams to drive software development. You will stay informed on the latest global and local digital trends, identifying and championing relevant innovations to enhance customer experience while improving key business KPIs such as NPS, revenue, and expenses. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, competitive offerings, and technology trends, along with analytical expertise.

  • Manage a marketing team overseeing digital capabilities, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support, in partnership with global software development teams.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance customer-facing digital capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with global and local digital trends to drive innovation for APAC business units.
  • Continuously improve the digital customer experience, positively impacting both revenue and expenses.
  • Develop insights into customer expectations, competitive offerings, and leverage analytics (digital and business domains).

Job Description
  • Maintain and update website content and assets for accuracy and consistency.

Digital Marketing & Content Executive (Beauty & Wellness Focus)

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to spearhead the digital presence for our two established beauty and wellness brands. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, artistic flair, and technological savvy, as you will drive brand visibility, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As our Digital Marketing & Content Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital narrative:

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management : Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Google), aligning with company KPIs to enhance brand exposure, drive lead generation, and boost revenue.

AI-Powered Content Creation : Lead the ideation, creation, and publishing of engaging, on-brand social media content, leveraging Generative AI tools for faster prototyping and production.

Visual Storytelling (Photography & Videography) : Conceptualise, capture, and edit high-quality photography and videography assets in-house for various digital and retail communications.

Graphic Design & Collateral Development : Design a wide range of online and offline marketing collaterals, including brochures, digital advertisements, and training materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Website Management & SEO : Regularly update and maintain the company's website (Wordpress) to enhance brand awareness, improve positive exposure, and implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.

Performance Analysis & Reporting : Consolidate data and provide weekly analytical reports on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, offering insights for continuous improvement.

KOL & Partnership Management : Connect with, manage, and nurture relationships with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and explore new strategic partnerships to expand marketing opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to gather customer insights, feedback, and product information to inform marketing strategies.

Who You Are

You are an ideal candidate if you:

● Are highly proficient and enthusiastic about utilising AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva Magic Studio, CapCut AI, AI Studios, etc) for efficient content creation and ideation.

● Possess a strong and refined aesthetic eye for beauty and design , with a portfolio that showcases your ability to translate brand identity into compelling visuals.

● Are highly organised, structured, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Have a proven track record in managing and growing social media platforms, understanding current trends and engagement strategies.

● Are resourceful, proactive, tech-savvy, and possess a strong sense of responsibility in delivering high-quality work.

● Have working knowledge in SEO/SEM strategies, keyword research using AI-powered tools (e.g. Keyword Planner, Yoast, etc) and their application to digital content.

● Demonstrate a clear understanding of balancing captivating brand visuals with measurable marketing objectives.

Requirements

Education : Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, or a related field.

Experience : At least 2-3 years of demonstrable working experience in digital marketing, social media management, or visual design roles, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.

Portfolio : A solid and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in design, video production, and content creation.

Technical Proficiency : Expert-level proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), and Elementor for website management.

Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative team player.

    You will be joining a fast-growing skincare and wellness brand that is dedicated to providing impactful solutions in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. With a focus on innovation and enhancing customer experience, we are now looking to expand our digital presence and performance-driven marketing efforts.As a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Digital Marketing Head with a minimum of 10 years of experience, particularly in skincare, wellness, or medical aesthetics, you will play a crucial strategic role in driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI across all digital platforms.Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the digital marketing strategy encompassing paid media, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and organic growth. You will be overseeing acquisition and retention strategies with a primary emphasis on ROI, planning and scaling paid campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates, and focusing on driving D2C revenue and customer lifetime value through performance-driven initiatives. Additionally, you will lead and guide a team (internal/external) across paid, organic, and content functions, collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, utilize analytics to optimize customer funnels and campaign performance continuously, and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across different channels. Staying updated on the latest trends in the skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics digital landscape will also be a key aspect of your role.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of holding leadership positions. Previous experience in skincare, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics is mandatory. A strong background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and CRM is essential, along with hands-on experience in managing paid channels such as Meta, Google, and YouTube. Proficiency in D2C funnels, customer segmentation, and retention strategies is necessary, coupled with strategic thinking abilities, excellent analytical skills, and a focus on ROI-driven decision-making. You should be capable of working independently in a fractional leadership role and possess experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.,
