What you will do:

  • Lead Johnson Controls engagement with strategic Data Center customers in Asia Pacific region to secure profitable orders growth.

What you will do:

Leads and supports cavAsia technical operations in Singapore, overseeing projects ranging from medium to large-scale greenfield and retrofit projects primarily within the Pharma and Semiconductor industries.

How you will do it:

Holds full responsibility and accountability for all technical matters, including engineering, design, construction, project manpower planning, and project schedules, across multiple engineering disciplines.

  • Proficient in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft software (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Power Point), and estimation software (Accubid & MEP)

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in construction, design, and cost management as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager or a similar role in a Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial setting.

  • Possessing knowledge of HVAC systems is required.

  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint), along with estimation software (Accubid & MEP).

  • Experience in managing large commercial, institutional, and industrial projects valued at N10 million and above is preferred.

  • Demonstrated estimating experience, combined with a strong understanding of site surveying, project sequencing, methodologies, materials practices, and electrical systems.

  • A combination of training, education, and relevant work experience that is equivalent will also be considered.

What the role is:

This is a 2-year contract position as a Manager, Data in the CET Academy.


What you will be working on:

As Manager (Data) in the CET Academy of Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP), you will support organisational decisions through data management and analytics for CET programmes, learners, and business, including:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the collection, organisation, interpretation, and management of statistical data.
  • Develop and implement data strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Run data analytics across qualitative and quantitative data to support organisational decisions and strategies to enhance CET learning and business, in alignment with national priorities and the SkillsFuture movement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
  • Design and maintain advanced reporting systems, analytics, and dashboards through data visualisation software such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and other regulations.
  • Identify and address data quality issues for continuous improvement.


What we are looking for:

  • Proven strong technical skills and proficiency in database management, data analysis tools, research, and statistics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in analysing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail in data handling and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights effectively.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience and expertise in statistical software and programming skills such as R and Python.
  • Knowledge of SkillsFuture and lifelong learning policies would be an advantage.
