We are seeking a skilled Clinical Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out daily clinical rounds, clinics or visits in assigned areas. This will involve reviewing patients' conditions, ordering treatment and investigations as required.
You will also be attending to new admissions or referrals by reviewing patients' referral notes, taking comprehensive histories, performing physical examinations, and interviewing family members as appropriate.
In addition, you will carry out rounds with visiting consultants, consider their recommendations, and perform clinical procedures such as suturing, venepuncture, setting up IV lines, and catheterization.
You will participate in Patient Care Conferences (multidisciplinary meetings) and contribute to the multidisciplinary care and/or discharge planning of patients. This may include screening and referring patients to other services such as specialist, senior care centers, day rehabilitation centers, Home Nursing Services, and/or Home Medical Services.
You will also attend to emergencies in the assigned area/s, do exit rounds, hand over to the doctor on-call, and cover the duties of other doctors when on night duty or during their leave.
Finally, you will keep abreast of developments in medical practices, participate and contribute towards teaching and training sessions, and participate in research work under the supervision of senior doctors.

• Responsible for two-way communication between staff and management and ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues and recommending solutions to problems
• Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned
• Job rotations to other operational areas after 3 years
Requirements
• Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare industry
• Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous although not necessary
• At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
