- Provide comprehensive design services to clients, including preliminary & detailed design of civil works including roads, alignment, drainage, sewerage, utilities, etc. for infrastructure and building projects, and be able to deliver solutions to complex problems.
- Write, consolidate, and review technical reports of infrastructure projects and studies.
- Prepare detailed design reports and presentations to clients.
- Possess initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise during design and construction stages.
- Ensure compliance with Project Design Criteria/Client Brief/ Approved Concept, as well as relevant design standards and office standards.

- Recognized Civil Engineering qualification or related field (Bachelor/ Master’s degree).
- Minimum 4 to 9 years of professional design experience in the field of civil works design, including roads, alignment, drainage, sewerage, utilities, etc. Candidates with structural and/or geotechnical design experiences will be advantageous.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of civil related regulations, standards, and reference of design – such as Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements (LTA, BCA, PUB etc.), with hands-on experience in usage of Civil Engineering Software.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and reliable team player with excellent communication and project coordination skills.
