We are hiring an IT Audit / G&C Engineer to support a public sector technology governance initiative.
If you've worked as an IT Auditor, Compliance Analyst, or System Operations Engineer, this could be a great fit — especially if you're experienced in ensuring systems meet regulatory standards and supporting quality assurance across IT projects.
- Contract Duration: 24 months
- Salary: $4,000 – $6,000/month
- Location: Central Singapore
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Conduct regular system checks and audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Support the implementation of changes to enhance compliance, governance, and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance during various project phases to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Review and track system compliance with IT policies, regulatory requirements, and quality frameworks
- Recommend practical solutions to address recurring compliance issues across systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness through structured reporting and tracking
- Min. 2 years of experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of IT Audit, System Operations and Support
- Familiar in government sector system management and compliance is preferred
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for various aspects of auditing functions (statutory and special audit) including audit planning, system review, audit fieldwork, preparing statutory group consolidated accounts and cash flow statements
- Compilation of accounts for ACRA filing purposes
- Tax computation and prepare Form C to IRAS
- Able to take up ad hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
- Accountancy Degree recognized by ISCA / ACCA
- Candidates with a minimum of 2- 3 years local audit experience will be considered for Senior position.
- Candidates with good academic background but with less than 2 years audit experience will be considered for Assistant position as training will be provided
- Able to complete statutory audit independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision and have strong initiative
- Able to do tax computation and tax filing
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken to liaise with Chinese speaking foreign associates.
- Salary will be in accordance to experience and qualifications
