We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating theatre and recovery area management, with excellent patient care and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinical duties in the operating theatre/recovery area/dispensering station
• Ensure that all equipment is working correctly and adequately maintained
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide high standards of patient care for all pre and post procedure
• Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service to patients and family members
• Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies and materials
• Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures in providing patient care

Requirements:

Job Scope

1. Undertake nursing duties (i.e. phlebotomy, subcutaneous/intramuscular injections, simple wound dressings)
2. Perform basic triage (including measuring vital signs, height, weight), assist in minor procedures, provide medical care and patient counselling
3. Perform medication dispensing
4. Maintain patient’s medical records
5. Chaperone specialist, prepare patients for examination as required
6. Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, registration, patient appointment scheduling, booking of referrals, billing and coding for insurance claims
7. Sterilisation of medical equipment
8. Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
9. Maintain clinical and service quality
10. Any other duties as assigned by management
