Responsibilities
Design, implement and coordinate talent management initiatives for strategic and high-potential individuals

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking Talent Management & Learning Manager.
You are responsible for leading talent management, organisational development, and learning initiatives across the company. This includes overseeing workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and capability development. You will partner with business leaders and HR to drive strategic talent initiatives, support organisational transformation, and enable business growth.
Additionally, you will also manage corporate learning programmes, develop targeted development interventions, and ensure alignment with operational and global standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead CBTL-wide talent review, succession planning, workforce planning, and performance calibration processes.
Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to design and continuously improve the performance management framework, ensuring it aligns with capability priorities, talent identification, and rewards decisions.
Identify and develop high-potential talent through career pathing, leadership development, succession plans, and targeted capability programmes.
Drive organisation design and transformation initiatives, partnering with business leaders to evolve structures, capabilities, and ways of working that support strategic goals.
Lead change management initiatives that enable successful implementation of organisational changes, growth priorities, and new business models.
Partner with Jollibee Talent and OLC teams to align on talent frameworks, governance, capability priorities, and strategic workforce plans.
Drive strategic talent initiatives including internal mobility, talent mapping, and future skills planning.
Define capability priorities and design learning interventions that enable business growth and future-readiness.
Oversee corporate learning programmes and ensure adoption and relevant content curation on the global learning platform.
Partner with JGU to participate in and implement global corporate development journeys within CBTL.
Partner with functional leaders to deliver targeted development programmes aligned to business needs.
Act as the primary point-of-contact for learning and training requests from international markets.
Oversee foundational training for Global Support Center employees (e.g., Barista Training) and ensure alignment with operational standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
6–8 years of experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or organizational development, ideally in a multinational or matrix environment.
Experience leading talent review, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational change initiatives.
Strong knowledge of capability development, leadership programs, and learning strategies.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with global HR frameworks and learning platforms is a plus.
