+ Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records, which may include entry into JDE and any other systems (e.g. MES), as required
+ Perform line clearance, i.e., cleaning and sanitizing work stations at the start of the shift and when transitioning to next work orders
+ Perform visual inspection under a microscope, and sequential review of colleagues' work
+ Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping, general sanitization of work area with approved chemicals, material handling, printing

+ Secondary Education with previous sewing, GMP, clean room, medical device experience Preferred
+ No previous related experience Required

In this exciting role as a Senior Clinical Specialist, you will be working closely with the team to achieve sales revenue and market share targets by providing technical and clinical excellence to implanters and clinical stakeholders. The Structural Heart Business is one of the fastest-growing businesses within Medtronic. It helps patients all over the globe needing valve replacement.
The Structural Heart operating unit offers minimally invasive approaches to restore proper structure and function of the heart valves. We focus on the transcatheter replacement of the four heart valves-Aortic Heart Valve, pulmonic, mitral, and tricuspid.
This position will report to the Business Director and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support, while practicing professional and effective territory management. This includes responsibilities across organization, technical expertise, administration, inventory management, and expense planning and control.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Conducts on-site education and / or consulting.
+ Supports field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
+ Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute plans of sales for within one or more business unit(s).
+ Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
+ Works closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support.
+ Identifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
+ Serves as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Diploma in Nursing or equivalent with minimum 6 years relevant experience in the Cathlabs and/or knowledge in the cardiovascular area
+ Ability to absorb complex technical information and an aptitude for technology
+ Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
