With the support of an ambitious group that will keep growing both organically and through acquisitions, the company is now entering a new phase of development and expansion and is looking for skilled professionals to reinforce the current team.
WHAT WE OFFER

- Wide growth perspectives in Singapore and beyond
- Opportunities for career development and training

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of individual clients, which includes actively generating new business opportunities and converting leads, managing renewals for existing clients, and nurturing and expanding relationships within your portfolio.
A highly client-centric individual, you like contact and client interaction. You instinctively understand your clients’ needs, challenges, and priorities. You take a consultative approach to client advisory — offering tailored, effective insurance solutions, negotiating proposals with insurers, and securing the best outcomes for your clients. You have experience in individual life insurance lines, and ideally in medical insurance as well.
If you are driven, resourceful, and passionate about building lasting client partnerships while contributing to a dynamic and ambitious organisation, we would love to hear from you. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow your career with us.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via a wide range of channels to contribute to revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate closely with teams across various business units to prioritize the development of new business opportunities and establish relationships with both existing clients and potential clients.
Account Management
- Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships through proactive, consistent engagement and value-added service.
- Oversee end-to-end aspects of client management, service delivery, and issue resolution within agreed service standards.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth by providing tailored and high-quality insurance solutions aligned to individual client’s insurance needs.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth and optimize client coverage.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, including the preparation of proposals, renewal documents, and client reports.
- Ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Company.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Ideally, you have at least 2 years of advisory experience in the insurance brokerage industry. However, we are also open to applicants with the right attitude and mindset, who are eager to learn and develop their career in the field.
- You are an outgoing client service professional, and you enjoy networking and engaging with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will need to build trust with your team, clients and insurance partners.
- Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Must possess relevant insurance certifications including HI, M9, M9A, and M5/R5.
- Experience in Life Insurance and International Private Medical Insurance would be a bonus.
- Competent in the use of Word, Excel. PowerPoint and other computer programs to prepare presentations, forms, and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
