Job Scope
The personnel shall be competent to provide administrative support to teachers.
Administrative duties include:
- Maintaining and updating data records, including stocktaking of teachers' resources and inventory.
- Preparing teaching resources for classroom use.
- Assisting Heads of Department with relief duties as and when required.
- Acting as a safety chaperone, e.g.:
During daily arrival and dismissal of students.
Accompanying students on external learning journeys.
Supervising students during recess play. - Providing administrative support during school events, e.g.:
Ushering for Parent-Teacher Meetings.
Manning registration counters for school concerts and other events.
- Experience in a similar role in a primary school is preferred.
- Minimum education: Secondary 4 or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Contract Period: 11 months (2 January 2026 to 30 November 2026).
- Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break).
Friday: 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break). - No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
