We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of our hospital premises.

• This role will be responsible for managing the Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Mechanical System serving the hospital premises.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in managing M&E services in a healthcare setting and possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring good maintenance standards are maintained and planned PM schedules are met.
• Auditing and monitoring the performance standards of outsourced maintenance services by specialist vendors and service providers for critical systems vital to hospital operations.
• Coordinating improvements projects to hospital services and facilities, as well as upgrading systems and equipment components through funded initiatives.
• Providing advisory and support to outsourced maintenance agents in addressing and rectifying specialized system failures and troubleshooting.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in managing M&E services in a healthcare setting.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Possess strong M&E knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/Officer or relevant fire safety experiences advantageous.
