We’re looking for a dynamic and reliable Operations & Facility Management Executive to be the backbone of our daily operations. If you’re passionate about keeping things in top shape—from managing facilities and vehicles to supporting event logistics and retail experiences—this role offers you the chance to make a real impact every day.
At World Farm, no two days are the same. You’ll be collaborating with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure our spaces are safe, efficient, and ready to impress. If you’re proactive, well-organised, and eager to roll up your sleeves (sometimes literally!), we’d love to have you on board.
Requirements
· Has good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Not afraid to get his/ her hands dirty with hands-on work
· Organised and proactive, with excellent time and self-management skills
· Adaptable, professional with positive attitude and show willingness to learn.
· Be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking contractors & vendors
· Possess good interpersonal communications skills
· Min. O levels
· Local class 3 license required; experience with 10-foot lorry, manual transmission vehicles will be a bonus
· Forklift license will be beneficial but not strictly required
· Experience with facilities management
· Experience with construction/ project management/ landscaping will be a bonus
Job Responsibilities
. Manage company property, facilities, vehicles, and equipment liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve facility, maintenance and lease related issues
. Manage daily operational issues and maintenance by recommending solutions and improvements
· Get cost estimates and quotations from vendors/ contractors for any proposed works
· Carry out simple maintenance/ repair related tasks
· Manage vendors, contractors, and own team members as required to ensure that work done is of a high standard
· Assist in the planning, organisation and management of events
· Support the company’s efforts to create more experiential retail spaces
· Ongoing review of existing Standard Operating Procedures in line with best practices for greater efficiency.
5 day work week
Must be able to work some weekends/ public holidays (entitled to off-in-lieu)
Working Day & Timing:
. Mon - Sat: 8:00am – 5:00pm
. Sun/ One week day: Off
