We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Firewall Administrator to oversee the operation, administration, and support of our firewall infrastructure.
Responsibilites
- Lead in network related hardware/software/firmware incident management.
- Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise firewalls and security appliances (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point).
- Maintain all the relevant network records and update all the documentations timely.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedure, together with the customer to ensure the processes are in line and up to date as necessary.
- Perform daily system checks and monitoring and to highlight if any abnormalities are found.
- Ensure that network related equipment backups are running.
- Familiar with CISCO switches, load balancers and routers.
- Gather business and/or application requirements on the infrastructure to plan, design, install, test & implement systems in accordance with the specifications & service level.

- Respond promptly to incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
- Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
