Job Description: This position reports to the director directly. Involving operating and recoveing vehicles safely and effeciently, adhering to traffic and workplace safety regulations. The trainee will gain technical skills in GPS and job logging systems, damage assessments, vehicle troubleshooting, towing, and recovery operations using various tools and equipment. The position also emphasizes communication, critical thinking, and coordination with logistics and external partners to reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Requires individual to plan and coordinate on daily logistic workflow, negotiate and manage agreements with working partners, prepare performances reports, initiate and innovate plans, have basic mechanical skills/ Class 3 & 4 license.
Specific responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Familiarity with LTA, TP and WSH rules, proper use of cones, lighting, signage and emergency gear. Operate legally, safely in all road conditions. Preventing legal issues and ensures compliance with public and worker safety standards. Trainee will be familiar with HDB and URA towing protocols. (e.g illegal parking removals), individual will also be able to have better understanding of company's structure, vision, mission, corresponding better with colleagues on site, in group chats. Being proficient in route effeciency, ETA accuracy and provide real time job updates. Job logging enables accountability, accurate billing to vendors, customers, improved service records. Develop detailed orientation, adminstrative accuracy and dealing with adminstrative paperwork, also not limiting to taking accurate site photos.
2. Gaining foundation mechanical skills that reduce downtime and increase first response resolution rate, increasing customer satisfaction. Remaining calm and making quick decisions under pressure, eg. Troubleshotting mechanical failures on site. Corresponding and liaising with workshops/vendors/partners to come down on site for other advanced mechanical support as well as towing vehicles to the right workshop
3. Operating standard tow vehicle confidently ensuring safe and damange free transport of customer's vehicles. Build mastery in maneuvering under tight spaces, like HDB, Carparks and even narrow roads. Trainee will be able to lift, push, and pull equipment and vehicles safely.
4. handling overturned vehicles, off roads, accident scene and multi vehicle recovery operations. Safeuse of winches, pulleys, chains and rigging tools.
5. combining driving with logistics (e.g vehicle relocation planning, document incidents, correspond with automotive workshops on third party claims, repairs, recovery, scrapping). Individual will also be able to report to director on feedbacks and Improvements of coordination and enhances team responsiveness. Reduce misscommunications and increase job turn around time not limiting to sourcing for new vendors, working partners.
6. planning and coordinating daily tows, schedules and logistics workflow. Supervise and conduct trainings with new junior drivers (if any). Conduct regular safety and SOP breifings. Manage fuel usage, vehicle down time scheduling, track inventory for parts, recovery tooks, PPE and vehicle accesories. Being able to negotiate and manage service level agreements with insurance companies, service workshops and vendors. Prioritise urgent tow request not limiting to schedule and coordinate covery jobs and transport routes with fellow colleagues and director.
7. prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on job volumes, feet downtime, cost trends, manpower utilization, discuss on insights, field challenge, customer feedback, potential improvements and technology tools (if any). Trainee will be able to support colleagues on documentations, identify skills gaps within the team and initiate training or improvement plans.

1. Traffic and road safety compliance, learn our company's Vision, Mission, SOPs, Job loggings, GPS system, management system , damage assessment reports, timestamping and image capturing.
2. Troubleshoot and perform light mechanical support, jumpstarts, tire placements, battery issues, overheatings
3. Operatios: To learn operation of flatbed, wheel lift, hook and chain, heavy duty truck in both urban and express way conditions"

- To manage a portfolio of distressed assets /non-performing loans (NPL) for both Commercial Banking and Global Banking
- Formulate, seek approval and execute the workout and recovery strategies on distressed accounts to extract maximum value and minimize impairments/losses to the Bank
- Represent the Bank independently in multi-banks workouts and external meetings with customers, lawyers, financial advisors, liquidators, receivers, private trustees, judicial managers, investors and other creditors; and maintain effective working relationships with them

- Assist in the prompt identification of early warning signs for corporate accounts and provide advice on risk mitigation of higher risk accounts
- Support in relevant management/audit/ regulatory enquiry and reporting
- Represent Remedial team on relevant/ad-hoc projects , including portfolio reviews of vulnerable sectors
