Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of kiosks and turnstiles / gantry
- Setup of router with basic networking and troubleshooting skill
- Provide on-site support and basic training on the usage of the system
- Guide and advise users over the phone support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspect, service and maintain kiosks, turnstile and it’s installed components (e.g. bill dispensing machine, magnetic stripe reader, QR reader)
