Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of kiosks and turnstiles / gantry
- Setup of router with basic networking and troubleshooting skill
- Provide on-site support and basic training on the usage of the system
- Guide and advise users over the phone support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspect, service and maintain kiosks, turnstile and it’s installed components (e.g. bill dispensing machine, magnetic stripe reader, QR reader)
- Ensure that the kiosk, turnstile and the installed components is in optimum operational condition
- Monitor and carry out all scheduled preventive maintenance programmes for payment kiosks
- Perform troubleshooting
- Perform efficient system recovery and fault rectification
Requirements:
- N/O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years technical experience in any technical field
- Basic understanding of electronics
- Basic computer skills
- Required Skill(s): strong analytical and troubleshoot skill, technically strong with hardware and components
- Candidates with less qualifications but more years of experience can be considered for the position of technician
- Able to read and interpret maintenance manual to carry out work instructions
- Good positive attitude and a willingness to learn

· Assist in resolving technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors.

· Assist with stock management.
