**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee and manage all field operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirement.

+ **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field staff, ensuring high performance and engagement. ?

**Requirement**
+ **Experience:** Approx. 5 - 7 years in a similar role, with proven experience in managing field operations/ project management
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related field
+ **Leadership Skills:** Strong leadership and team management abilities
+ **Customer/ Service-oriented:** Ability to build and maintain good rapport with clients

- Patching cabling between network equipment and client's network
- Installation of power cables from equipment to power supply in rack/cabinet/closet
