Job Title: Store Operations Specialist

The Store Operations Specialist role requires regular visits to retail outlets as per predefined schedules and timetables. The primary objective is to conduct accurate stock counts on shelves and within outlet warehouses, while also obtaining precise purchases of all covered product categories.

Collections of periodic market research information in the retail channel (neighborhood stores, minimarkets, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) are conducted using electronic devices that ensure accurate and truthful information gathering. These processes must be carried out in accordance with global or regional SOP standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitor, assist and perform on-going operations at tankfarm and jetty area
• Assist to line-up the pipeline system, inspect pipes, pumps, valves and tanks to ensure discharging, loading, processing and tank-to-tank transfers are performed in accordance to the company's work procedures
• Carry out first-line maintenance, i.e. replacing blinds, greasing of valves and oiling of operational equpment
• Assist in daily operations, including proper housekeeping at site

• Fresh graduates with Diploma, Higher/Nitec in engineering disciplines are welcome
• Willing to perform outdoor fieldwork
• Willing to perform 12 hours rotating shift (alternate weekend not working)
• Travel to offshore island (near Jurong Island), with monthly Offshore and Transport Allowance
• Class 4 driving license added advantage

• Visit points of sales and retail outlets as set on his/her given schedule within defined timelines
• Collect data/information in compliance with Global and/ or Regional SOP standards
• Meet operational and quality objectives (KPI) at all times
• Work towards the timely delivery of data as required and per set deadlines
• Communicate timely changes of visit plan to QCT Executive or COE
• Recruit stores and ensure good cooperation with shop staff and owners, so as to maintain panel objectives

• Collect data/information as per instructing in our Monthly Auditor's trip instruction (e.q. ad hoc project, initiative moving from cash dealer fee to non-cash dealer fee, etc.)

Position: Field Technicians

Work Timings:

• Part-Time: Any 3 days from Monday to Saturday ( can work on Monday, Thursday and Saturday ) 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, SGD 20/HR

Responsibilities:

• Trapping and surveillance and post-trapping species identification.
• Arrange for vehicle logistics including maintenance, servicing, and regular checks of release and transport van.
• Follow a schedule of field release of Verily reared mosquitoes at release sites.
• Conduct community engagement with residents around mosquito field trials, following the guidelines of Verily.
• This role involves a lot of walking, as you'll be releasing mosquitoes across various levels of blocks of flats from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Requirements:

• A valid (class 3) driving license is preferred for this role.
