Ecommerce Operation Specialist - Field Work
- The Ecommerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for expanding MYIGs ecommerce platform for fresh fruit delivery, focusing on acquiring new customers, boosting app engagement, and driving sales growth. This individual will be key in implementing strategies to reach new markets within Mumbai, leveraging both on-field and digital approaches to promote the platform and ensure efficient delivery operations.Major Responsibilities includes:1. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify high-potential areas (housing societies, residential complexes) and cultivate relationships to promote app downloads and usage. Work directly with society management committees, conducting presentations or demos to drive customer engagement.2. Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement sales strategies to increase order volume and average order value on the MYIG app. Maintain regular contact with customers to keep engagement high.3. Social Media Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive MYIG's presence on social media platforms. Develop and execute localized digital campaigns to boost app downloads and engagement, including posting content related to fresh produce offerings, special deals, and customer testimonials.4. On-field Research & Target Area Analysis: Conduct field research to identify potential target areas for expanding the MYIG platform. Analyze demographics and market demand in different neighborhoods to optimize outreach strategies.5. Promotional Campaign Planning: Plan and execute promotions, seasonal offers, and referral programs to drive customer acquisition and retention, working closely with marketing for alignment.6. Operational Oversight: Manage the daily logistics of order fulfillment, coordinating with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Develop contingency plans to address logistical challenges as they arise.7. Customer Service & Retention: Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, delivering fast and effective resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.8. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly monitor key performance indicators such as app downloads, user engagement, sales growth, and delivery efficiency. Analyze data trends to optimize strategies and meet sales goals.9. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of competing platforms and market trends in fresh produce delivery. Service Engineer
Salary: $3000 - $4000
Working Hours & Days: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm

Job scope
- Oversee and coordinate fire protection system installations across designated sites
- Assist operation manager in planning, scheduling, and site execution activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on project matters
- Ensure site works comply with safety regulations, project timelines, and fire codes
- Review technical drawings, monitor material delivery, and prepare project documentation
- Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hosereel System, Wet/Dry riser system, Fire Hydrant System, Fire man intercom system)
- To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress
- To lead tender preparation and execution thru tenderboard.
Requirement
- Relevant working experience in Fire Protection/M&E Engineering field will be preferable
