About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Risk Evaluation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving credit applications across various segments of our bank, flagging and mitigating potential credit risk issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit applications and provide recommendations for approval or rejection
- Review and evaluate credit risk gradings, justifying rejections and alternative resolutions
- Abide by delegated and product limits, ensuring compliance with credit guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on market, business, and industry trends, handling related operational aspects
- Attend client meetings with relevant representatives from different business units, gathering information to understand client needs and structuring credit solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or Economics
- At least 10 years of credit risk experience in Corporate/SME banking
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and financial analysis, interpreting financial statements, and basic financial accounting knowledge
- Sound knowledge of credit-related regulations

About the team
The T&S Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate search user experience from the user’s perspective, and identify opportunities to improve for product features and strategies, collaborating with PM and RD teams and driving improvements of the key product metrics;
- Conduct rigorous evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of newly implemented features, ensuring they meet both business and user expectations;
- Support the execution of local user research, gather and analyze search user feedback data, and provide real user insights for product decision-making;
- Monitor and analyze core metrics to detect experience fluctuations and issues in a timely manner, ensuring stable online user experience;
- Acting as a bridge between the PM & RD teams and the operational team, ensuring the project meets all milestones with good quality and efficiency through generating evaluation standards, training, designing SOPs, project management and other initiatives.
- Design and implement proactive operational plans for special scenarios or major events, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure efficient implementation and achievement of business goals.
- Manage and adapt to ad-hoc projects and urgent business requests efficiently, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with product ops, data analysis, user research related experience
- In-depth understanding of search engines and TikTok or similar social media platforms. Sensitive to user behavior, content experience;
- Good understanding of user needs and pain points, able to identify experience issues from the user’s perspective; familiar with user research methods and capable of translating feedback into actionable product improvements;
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to influence decision-making and drive improvements, with experience in metric monitoring and root cause analysis considered a plus;
- Proficient in both Chinese and English for daily work; knowledge of Indonesian or Japanese is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI/LLM-driven product optimization is preferred, or a background in search, e-commerce, content, or local services platforms is a plus;
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project execution skills, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive problem-solving and continuous optimization;
- Solid project management skills, able to coordinate resources effectively, drive complex projects forward with clear timelines, and manage risks proactively.
- Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
