  • Conduct investigations on any customer quality complaints being triggered, identify problem owner and follow up appropriate actions.

  • Elevate the issue to the Assistant Manager of quality and process for advice on any major customer complaint that cannot be resolved within the stipulated time.

  • Support the Assistant Manager on any information relating to customer quality complaints for investigations, analysis or negotiations with relevant parties.

  • To undertake ad-hoc analysis that aims to improve quality and process.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Director, Quality and Process

EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance field is preferred

  • Experience in handling CCAR, SCAR, and ICAR is advantageous

  • Experience in answering QMS related questionnaires

  • Experience in answering QMS and EMS related questionnaires

  • Conversant with AS9120 Aerospace Quality Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System

  • Experienced in ESD control

  • Experienced in the electronics manufacturing industry

  • Familiar in reading Failure Analysis/Test reports

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that all outgoing products consistently meet internal quality standards and customer requirements. This role is vital in upholding product quality at the point of shipment and maintaining compliance with quality regulations. You will be responsible for enhancing quality systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

· Oversee finished goods to verify compliance with customer specification and requirement prior to shipment.

· Review and validate outgoing quality documentation, including inspection reports, certificates of conformance, and relevant data.

· Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure only compliant products are approved for shipment.

· Monitor outgoing quality performance metrics, analyse trends and drive process improvements to support continuous quality enhancement.

· Investigate product non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

The Applications Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity and guaranteeing the quality of the Applications, as well as managing the Application system maintenance activities as follows:

This individual holds full responsibility for managing the project's Cost, Quality, Delay, and Performance metrics. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the client and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver the project in accordance with Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), contractual, and safety commitments made at the contract signing.
  • Build and manage project workloads based on project planning, lead the Project Core Team operationally, and set project priorities.
  • Monitor and follow up on actions with various stakeholders, including offshore and onshore teams, clients, operators, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with different sites for support and knowledge-sharing, ensuring the timely dissemination of critical information, technical expertise, and best practices.
  • Adhere to Project Management Processes, Methods & Tools.
  • Accountable for delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Repair exchange within 1 working day, Part support, Quality Assurance, and Technical/Specialist support for the project.
  • Establish Key Project Indicator Metrics to measure and enhance project quality performance and incorporate lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and conduct systematic reviews before commencing site work.
  • Forecast and anticipate project workload requirements with the Project Core Team.
  • Participate in and prepare Monthly Project Reviews for internal and customer management.
  • Collaborate with Services Projects Director and Customer Director to define, review, and adjust project strategies periodically.
  • Assist Customer Director in proposing and negotiating variation orders and claims with the customer.
  • Facilitate customer acceptance of the project.
  • Establish and regularly review the risk register.
  • Lead the mobilization phase and set up the front office.
  • Contribute to IT initiatives for Antaes Asia clients
  • Delivery of comprehensive business analysis to provide solutions for business needs.
  • Work with the project team including product owner, senior developers, architects, BA’s to deliver business requirements and improve business processes and systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirement and various artifacts around application development or enhancement.
  • Specification of business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations and transformations.
  • Functional design and testing of solutions.
  • Maintenance and promotion of best practices around the data dictionary of the bank.
  • Interaction with developers to define implementation specs.
  • Interaction with other IT teams to explain and communicate on Data services
  • Assisting with the daily operations through scrum, Jira and Kanban, techniques.

Working location: Tuas, Gul Circle

Working Hours : Mon - Fri 830am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

1) Perform QC inspections for manufacturing department in-process parts

2) Have at least Zeiss CMM setting knowledge and programming knowledge

3) Provide support on new project CMM programming

4) Able to interact with other departments on observations and corrections

5) Ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood and executed by all QC personnel

6) Monitor test production, and to perform quality planning, quality target and performance management

7) Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database

8) Investigate and assist production personnel, regarding product or process failure and determining their origin and cause, and to report recommendations to Superior

9) Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence

10) Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

11) Able to read precision machining drawings and GD&T

12) Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

13) Actively support safety measurement in the workplace

14) Responsible for QC department document filing system

15) Had knowledge in milling or lathing is a plus

16) Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time

Qualification :

At least 2 years of working experience in Precision Engineering field

Requirements :

1) Able to lead a group of QC to perform daily task and confirm to quality performance as per specification

2) Responsible for the on-site audit of customer and supplier, audit checklist and follow up the closure of non-conformance

3) Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

4)Able to communicate in Mandarin, in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
