We are looking for a Quality Engineer who always strives to find innovative ways to improve product quality. Be part of a cross-functional Agile team comprising of UX/UI designers, mobile and web developers, the product owner and business analysts, for a large-scale national strategic project in the education vertical. Responsibilities:

• Champion and drive product quality and QE practices in an agile development environment
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the product is built right
• Validate product features as per acceptance criteria
• Design, develop and maintain the testing environment, testing framework, test plan, regression test suites and test cases in accordance with changing requirements
• Uncover and fix blind spots and edge cases in test cases
• Perform various tests such as Manual/Automated/Functional/Exploratory testing/Cross-Platform/Performance Testing for the various platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
• Conduct system integration tests with external systems and generate test reports
• Collaborate with development team to establish Continuous Integration and Delivery Pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or relevant roles
• Strong foundation in test methodologies , good analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in automated testing tools/frameworks (e.g. Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
• Knowledge in Behavior-Driven Development
• Experience in Non-Functional Testing such as security testing, as well as performance and load testing
• Good team player with good communication skills
• Good understanding of mobile (iOS and Android - React Native) and web technologies (e.g. React.js, Node.js) with the respective debugging tools
• Strong understanding of Unit Testing using Javascript Framework (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Jasmine)
• Initiative to go the extra mile such as by exploring and creating tools to improve testing processes
• Additional certification in Software Quality Assurance is a plus

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• CCAR/SCAR matters are constantly followed-up and resolved within the shortest possible lead-time.

• Validate customer quality complaint which includes product change notification, history of quality purge orders, previous quality complaints, shipment information and follow up appropriate actions with the manufacturers and the salesperson or customers.

• Measure the performance periodically and work towards to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• Attend and guide salesperson on enquires relating to quality matters.

• Consult manufacturer on any quality matters requiring their clarifications or follow up actions.

• Ensure all documents relating to customer quality complaints are updated in active revisions.

JOB CONTENT:

• Constantly monitor and review the performance of customer quality complaints.

• Ensure manufacturers’ contact information is always current.

• Guide Salesperson on request for customer failure analysis and corrective action request and attend to any quality related enquires.

• Handle failure samples and coordinate with the manufacturer for failure analysis.

• Conduct investigations on any customer quality complaints being triggered, identify problem owner and follow up appropriate actions.

• Elevate the issue to the Assistant Manager of quality and process for advice on any major customer complaint that cannot be resolved within the stipulated time.

• Support the Assistant Manager on any information relating to customer quality complaints for investigations, analysis or negotiations with relevant parties.

• To undertake ad-hoc analysis that aims to improve quality and process.

EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance field is preferred

• Experience in handling CCAR, SCAR, and ICAR is advantageous

• Experience in answering QMS related questionnaires

• Conversant with AS9120 Aerospace Quality Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that all outgoing products consistently meet internal quality standards and customer requirements. This role is vital in upholding product quality at the point of shipment and maintaining compliance with quality regulations. Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Ensure products manufactured meet approved company policies, processes and procedures
• Provide quality oversight of GMP manufacturing and support, including technical operations, engineering, QC Laboratory and supply chain activities
• Review completed incoming material inspection packages, Batch Records, Manufacturing Logs, product changeover/ line-clearance activities and administration of Quality Logs, e.g. QA Hold, QA tag out
• Release incoming material, process and product batches.
• Participate in investigations, arising out of non-compliance in incoming materials, QC testing, manufacturing processes, warehousing and product
• Participate in change management, including change coordinator and/or QA oversight roles to ensure change plan is managed and complies with applicable polices
• Perform regular walk-thru of manufacturing, engineering, warehouse and QC areas as required to ensure compliance is maintained at all times
• Participate and support new product introduction, operation excellence projects and other tasks as assigned by team
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical experience in Quality and/ or Compliance (GxP) environment
• Knowledge of quality/ compliance management as well as regulations and standard affecting APIs/ Biologics
• Ability to quickly know products and processes in order to assess quality issues
• Experience in SAP, Trackwise
• Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Working location: Tuas, Gul Circle

Working Hours : Mon - Fri 830am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

1) Perform QC inspections for manufacturing department in-process parts

2) Have at least Zeiss CMM setting knowledge and programming knowledge

3) Provide support on new project CMM programming

4) Able to interact with other departments on observations and corrections

5) Ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood and executed by all QC personnel

6) Monitor test production, and to perform quality planning, quality target and performance management

7) Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database

8) Investigate and assist production personnel, regarding product or process failure and determining their origin and cause, and to report recommendations to Superior

9) Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence

10) Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

11) Able to read precision machining drawings and GD&T

12) Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

13) Actively support safety measurement in the workplace

14) Responsible for QC department document filing system

15) Had knowledge in milling or lathing is a plus

16) Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time

Qualification :

At least 2 years of working experience in Precision Engineering field

Requirements :

1) Able to lead a group of QC to perform daily task and confirm to quality performance as per specification

2) Responsible for the on-site audit of customer and supplier, audit checklist and follow up the closure of non-conformance

3) Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

4)Able to communicate in Mandarin, in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
