The Elderly Care Specialist provides casework, interventions, and care coordination services to older persons and their caregivers within the home and community settings. • Programme Development & Group Work: Design and implement group work intervention plans to meet client needs. Supervise facilitation of group sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
