We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in the preparation, formatting, and filing of family law documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-litigation filing, court date coordination, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain client files and legal documentation (both digital and physical)
- Handle correspondence with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
- Prepare bundles of documents for hearings and submissions
- Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and ensure compliance with court directions
- Perform legal research under supervision, where needed
- Diploma in Legal Studies or relevant certification
- At least 1–3 years of experience working in a law firm, preferably in Family Law
- Proficient in the eLitigation system and familiar with Singapore Family Justice Courts procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently

- Maintain and organise client files and legal documentation (both digital and physical)
- Handle correspondence with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with law practice management software
- Experience preparing divorce applications, maintenance and custody applications, PPOs, and other related family matters
- Familiarity with the Family Justice Rules
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
