Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support for organization’s digital programme.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting, Enhancement Backlog & Knowledge Management Support

· Monitor and track the enhancement backlog across various programmes, and prepare reports for monthly review meetings

· Coordinate monthly app releases, including tracking progress and obtaining necessary approvals

· Conduct basic checks following each app release to ensure stability and performance

· Maintain and update app-related documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuity

2. Enhancements on the Digital Application

· Assist in gathering and documenting enhancement requirements, clarifying with stakeholders where needed

· Participate in testing new features and enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure updates meet functional, usability, and quality standards

· Identify issues or gaps and follow up to ensure timely resolution

3. Administrative Support

· Provide secretariat support for meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, sending calendar invites, and taking meeting notes

· Assist in updating project management and governance documents to reflect current operations and processes

Requirements:

· Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business administration/IT or related discipline.

· Experience with user testing/IT related matters is an advantage.

· Strong communication and administration skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.

· Detail oriented and meticulous

· Able to work independently and be proactive.

Overview

Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Digital Executive / Senior Digital Executive to support our digital media team in media planning and operations across digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Media Planning
  • Work closely with the team in developing digital media strategies and recommendations to help clients achieve their KPIs
  • Drive strategic and tactical innovation across digital buying/marketing tools and platforms across Social, Display, and Mobile (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)

  • Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format; work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance across channels
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 years of digital paid media working experience in marketing and communications functions
  • Competency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good with numbers

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media)

About The Role

You will take the lead in shaping and driving our client ’s social media marketing and communications strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will have the autonomy to manage content, oversee social media platforms, and influence how our brand is represented to the market. You’ll be empowered to test, innovate, and decide what works best for the brand.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content plans and editorial calendars that align with our client’s brand identity and business goals.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, create engaging content, and design digital assets (graphics and videos) to drive brand awareness.
  • Marketing Collateral: Write, edit, and design communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, promotional campaigns, and brand assets.
  • Brand & Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and recommend improvements.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on content trends, SEO best practices, and consumer behaviour to ensure our client remains ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration & Support: Contribute to the success of the overall branding and marketing strategy, and support the CEO with additional marketing initiatives when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, design, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with design and content tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, design, and video editing.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, demonstrate critical thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
