Explore the data agent system for large models, building Agents with natural language understanding and data operation capabilities to enhance the intelligence of data analysis, processing, and pipeline construction.
Establish a full lifecycle management system for training data, covering metadata, lineage, quality assessment, and automated evaluation, ensuring controllable and high-quality data for large model training.
Job Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in big data platform-related work, with a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or related fields.
Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Spring Boot and MyBatis, with good web development skills (Vue); experience in enterprise-level big data system software integration and development is preferred.
Familiar with the features and application scenarios of components such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Paimon, ClickHouse, Doris, and able to solve problems encountered during use.
Experience in building large-model data systems, multi-modal data processing systems, and interest in LLM Agents, AutoML, and intelligent data processing workflows, with the ability to explore and implement solutions preferred.
Familiar with large model applications and related technologies such as RAG, MCP, Agent, etc.
Highly responsible, quick learner, good communicator, thoughtful, with strong teamwork skills; team management experience is a plus.

Overview
Our client is a global digital banking and payment services company with one of the most recognized brands in the financial services industry. We are hiring for a Business Analyst who comes from a finance background and also an expert with Data Mining, Excel, Tubule and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Work with the International Reports team to maintain and update the list of hotels with acceptance, identify gaps in acceptance, and address other key verticals in the APAC region.
Assist in acceptance validation using available internal sales tools, such as Tableau, Salesforce, etc.
Provide data insights to Relationship Managers within deadlines.
Support acceptance-related data management as required.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a Business and Data Analyst.
Experience working with different teams to generate monthly reports through data processing and meeting deadlines.
Track and process incoming data monthly, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Independent and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
From a finance background and expert with Data Mining, Excel, Tubule and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Past experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python and Shell script.

Job Description
Drive business intelligence needs for seller e-commerce insurance business market expansion across multiple markets through data-driven insights and decision making to inform our short and long term business strategy.
Adopt and lead an evidence-based, data-driven approach towards end to end process and business analysis for the implementation of seller e-commerce insurance businesses across markets, including understanding and analysis of data sets from both Shopee and Monee domains.
Support in ad hoc crucial data-related business measures and initiatives essential to proper business functioning, and develop a long term strategy towards scaling such initiatives for a more automated and holistic solution.
Analyze financial impact to topline and bottomline from seller e-commerce insurance initiatives across multiple regional markets for ongoing business growth planning.
Drive regular business performance reporting for key management and financial reporting, and for data-driven actionable business decisions and initiatives to ongoing business optimization across both commercial and operational aspects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, or related fields.
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in data and analytics related technical skills, including MySQL, Presto SQL, Python, and Spark.
Motivated by, and capable of, analyzing and driving solutions to complex problems around both e-commerce operations and insurance domains.
Deeply curious about ways to improve the topline and bottomline of Shopee business through insurance, by taking a data-driven approach in decision making, working closely with regional and local business teams.
