This is not just a production role It is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of creativity and strategy, working directly with our Co-Founder, an experienced marketer. You'll be the face and voice behind some of our most visible campaigns, and play a key role in shaping how HomeMatch shows up across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be comfortable on camera and represent the HomeMatch brand in video content authentically and confidently.
• Ideate, produce, and edit high-performing content and ad creatives across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Analyse performance data and apply insights to improve creative performance over time.
• Use video editing tools proficiently to deliver polished, engaging videos (graphic design skills are a bonus).
• Work cross-functionally with the SEO, content, and growth team to align messaging and creative output with business goals.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules for social media and other owned channels.
• Stay sharp with platform trends, algorithm changes, and consumer behaviour shifts to keep HomeMatch content relevant and effective.
What We're Looking For:
• Strong command of English (spoken and written). You'll appear in videos and need to be comfortable on camera.
