ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Development:

+ Enhance Regional initiatives from transformation, standardization & optimization and growth & innovation point of view through;1) Execute AI, DX, BI and Process Excellent initiatives, 2) Planning and execute new initiatives for transformation, standardization & optimization and growth & innovation, 3) Enhance governance framework, 4) Data management & architecture, 5) Navigating various stakeholders to achieve initiatives & goals.
**Financial**
+ Achieve quantitative and qualitative target
**Customer**
+ As BU/CC/Branch business analysis, Understand and support stakeholders comprehensively and deeply to solve their issues in terms of responding to/enhancing above perspectives.
**People**
+ Co-work with stakeholders include Regional HQ and Tokyo HQ.
+ Contribute for improvement of engagement and talent development
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Experience in Corporate Banking and Strategic Planning
+ Experience in AI, DX initiatives, Transformation Management
+ For AVP: At least 5 years of experience in Banking Industry
+ For VP: At least 7 years of experience in Banking Industry
+ Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, a degree from a Japanese university or equivalent required to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders and senior management in Tokyo Head Office to promote business growth and various strategies for Planning Office for Asia Division.
+ Good communication skills, Analytical ability, Logical thinking etc.
