As a facilities management professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including planning, executing, and supervising all related services.

You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures. This includes conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting faults, and providing recommendations for improvement or rectification work as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in building services, with a minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Building Services / Civil or equivalent. You should also have at least 3 years of related work experience in a building environment.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and project teams.

As a Building Management System Technician , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include configuration and commissioning of Building Management System applications at client sites, as well as providing technical support for application-related issues.

Key to your success will be your ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
