In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of compensation strategies and programs across Singapore and multiple regional markets, including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, UK, Japan, Korea and Macau. - Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry C&B trends to provide forward-looking recommendations.
