Our client is a prominent Singapore-based organization and is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to be part of their dynamic team. In this role, you will support the team lead to review, design and implement effective C&B strategies and recognition programs.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive, cost-effective pay structures while supporting the stakeholders on all C&B matters.
  • Manage all compensation-related projects, salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and other ad-hoc payments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
