As a key member of the International Compensation & Benefits team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the region.
Compensation & Benefits Director, APAC Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional compensation and benefits strategies that align with Meta's global policies and local market practices

Minimum Qualifications
