Job Description

We are seeking motivated sales people who will sell and deliver the latest industry insights into how Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) both in IaaS and PaaS environment for public and private cloud portfolio. You will help your customers, who have business “pains” from their growing data volumes and aggressive service-level expectations, to achieve quantifiable business outcomes and have an exceptional customer experience. Happy customers will be keen to have more (we call it expansions) and delighted to renew their contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on building and expanding our cloud footprint within the Singapore Government Sector
  • Interact with customers business contacts IT & Business and identify opportunities using” business language
  • Deliver high level of activities on weekly basis to create and mature qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Win opportunities on monthly basis and quarterly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status and fore-casted opportunities in our Customer Connect system.
  • Develop proactive relationships and collaborate with extended Tech Cloud teams (Marketing, Business development, Presales, Consultants, Customer success team, etc…)
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage
  • Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories
  • Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists
  • Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.
  • Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.


Required Skills

  • Strong believer on Cloud model and customer success centric.
  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a volume and value oriented - fast-paced environment.
  • Always open to learn and constantly looking for self-development.
  • Experience in software sales, including Cloud Service experience would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services
  • Experience selling public and private cloud, business analytics, big Data, SOA would be an advantage
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure products and Exadata Cloud at Customer is preferred but not essential
  • Team player and self-motivated

  • Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services and achieving quota
  • Experience selling public and private cloud, business analytics, Data solutions, AI and Gen AI would be an advantage

Public Cloud SRE is responsible for engineering and operating the cloud infrastructure and platforms of JPMC ensuring reliability, resiliency, and security. We have a Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability position to build the infrastructure and tooling for JPMC’s Public Cloud Platform.

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Cloud Reliability Services, you hold a leadership role in your team, demonstrate strong knowledge across multiple technical domains, and advise others on the technical and business issues facing them. Take lead and conduct resiliency design reviews, break up complex problems into digestible work for other engineers, act as a technical lead for medium to large-sized products, and provide advice and mentoring to other engineers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage in and improve the lifecycle of cloud services from inception, design, deployment, and operation
  • Automate repeated manual tasks, develop tools and automation to improve the efficiency of the platform and infrastructure.
  • Analyze defects, propose improvements and drive efficiencies in systems and processes.
  • Helps to develop new cloud engineering strategies and implementations for the firm
  • As part of Site Reliability, you have the responsibility of ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the cloud infrastructure and platform.
  • Demonstrates site reliability principles and practices every day and champions the adoption of site reliability throughout your team
  • Develop observability and telemetry tools.
  • Author and improve the quality of technical engineering documentation
  • Debug and solve issues in a production environment
  • Participates in SRE on-call rotations and escalation workflows.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering or site reliability engineering and 5+ years applied experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Deep proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, enterprise system architecture, toil reduction, and other site reliability best practices with the ability to implement these practices within an application or platform
  • Expertise in building solutions with AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code, tools such as Terraform
  • Fluency in at least one programming language such as Python and Java.
  • Proficiency and experience in observability such as white and black box monitoring, SLO alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.
  • Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, etc.)
  • Experience with container and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
  • Experience with troubleshooting common networking technologies and issues
  • Ability to identify and solve problems related to complex data structures and algorithms
  • Drive to self-educate and evaluate new technology
  • Ability to teach new programming languages to team members
  • Ability to expand and collaborate across different levels and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication skills working with stakeholders and domain experts across the company to design solutions to user problems

  • This role is also positioned as a succession planning opportunity for future leadership of the overall technology organization, offering the successful candidate a clear pathway to take on broader responsibilities across the full tech stack—including application development, enterprise architecture, data platforms, and digital innovation—in the medium term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of cloud infrastructure across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 50–60+ professionals, including cloud engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform leads, and architects.
  • Drive cloud transformation initiatives (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), with a focus on scalability, automation, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and application teams to design and enable AI/ML and Gen AI solutions on modern cloud platforms.
  • Oversee hybrid/multi-cloud environments, ensuring robust security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with enterprise architects, CISO, and business leaders to align technology strategy with business objectives.

  • Own vendor and budget management for cloud infrastructure services and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and cloud leadership roles, with recent focus on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven success in leading large-scale cloud infrastructure teams (50+), including distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing and operating resilient cloud environments with a focus on high availability, security, and automation.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI) and experience supporting real-world use cases.
