How you would make a difference
- Understanding the health analytical landscape to inform the clinical informatics development process, identifying areas in which data and analytics can enhance and support the portfolio for a competitive advantage
- Assist in formulation of the clinical informatics roadmap by engaging with commercial and technical stakeholders, balancing complexity and feasibility of build relative to client value and market requirements.
- Understanding product roadmap and validating that clinical informatics features are support all products and aligned with product value proposition for delivery of key features that can help scale the organisation - understand clinical synergies between different products of amplify health.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the feature specifications, for both internal and external visibility.
- Oversight & management of the clinical informatics development team in conjunction with the development lead to ensure timeline delivery of features, in accordance with the specifications and roadmap. This will require collaboration with and support from technical experts across the business.
- Creation of internal and external documentation, including marketing material and presentations, demonstrating technical knowledge, client value and customer journeys
- Engagement with clients on clinical informatics features to problem solve and create value leveraging the clinical informatics tool base.
- Assist in the creation of an enabling environment for product delivery through the adoption of governance processes, standards, and frameworks.
- Communication across the organisation from staff to executive level.

- Knowledge of clinical coding terminology (such as CPT, ICD10CM, etc.)
- Knowledge of clinical tools including coders, groupers, and classifications
- Understanding of data science, data analytics and core data standards in the healthcare space
- Understanding of healthcare reporting and key healthcare technologies
- A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, healthcare related, or similar.
- A master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in healthcare analytics.
