Our client is looking for a Clinic Administrator to join their growing team.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8-6pm
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Answer inbound calls/emails and assist with inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to patients and clinics.
- Coordinate with clinics to enhance patient experience.
- Make bookings and help with patient registrations.
- Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties.
Salary: Up to $3,000
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE qualification in any area.
- Experience working in the service industry is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
