Our client is looking for a Clinic Administrator to join their growing team.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8-6pm

Job Description:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Answer inbound calls/emails and assist with inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to patients and clinics.
  • Coordinate with clinics to enhance patient experience.
  • Make bookings and help with patient registrations.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties.

Salary: Up to $3,000

Requirements:

  • Diploma or ITE qualification in any area.
  • Experience working in the service industry is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
