- Prepare and develop technology risk insights (such as IT audit thematic and trend analysis) to be presented at forums (such as technology risk forums, etc.).
- Engage and collaborate with technology stakeholders to proactively identify risks at a detailed and technical level and ensure that IT is effectively driving remediation activities and to continuously improve IT risk posture.

- Strong Engineering, Solution & Domain Architecture background, with proven track record of working in a very complex environment with high volume and/or low latency systems
- Experience with designing solutions in public cloud platforms
- Up to date on modern architecture design patterns e.g. micro-services, streaming architectures, horizontal scalability, API design patterns, REST services, SOA principles, database systems, UI frameworks, enterprise integration patterns, modern SDLC practices
- Passionate technologist with ability to deep dive into the code level with expert knowledge of the java ecosystem and ability contribute code in POCs, MVPs or project reviews
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery.
- Excellent Analytical skills with an ability to interpret bank wide specifications into specific and effective domain requirements
- Proven history of implementing technology roadmaps and providing subject matter expertise in specific data areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to respectfully challenge stakeholders think about differing options.
- Experience in Agile delivery knowledge and Google Cloud Platform.
- Min 15 years of working experience in IT Developing Architecture and performing POCs on latest Java-based technologies including micro-services, streaming architectures, horizontal scalability, API design patterns, REST services, SOA principles, database systems, enterprise integration patterns, modern SDLC practices.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in designing large scale solutions in Public Cloud platforms using the latest technologies with hands on expertise and working experience of modern Devops tools and practices,
- Min 5 years of experience directly managing Engineering teams with proven ability to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions, guiding teams across the full software development cycle.
- Proven experience in designing large scale solutions in Public Cloud platforms using the latest technologies with hands on expertise in Terraform and working experience of modern Devops tools and practices.
- Working Experience in tools such as Terraform with experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that automate testing, build and infrastructure deployment processes.
- Experience in implementing Trunk-based development to support rapid, high-quality software delivery.
- Prior relevant experience in building large scale and complicated systems
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Experience mentoring, and investing in the development of other engineering leaders and staff engineers.
- Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders.
