About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our projects at site level.

• You will be responsible for managing and controlling site supervisors from various disciplines, ensuring that they maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper records.
• You will review project drawings and specifications, identifying any discrepancies and taking corrective action as necessary.
• Ensure that contractors comply with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes, attending project meetings, site demonstrations, and commissioning as required.
• Maintain site safety, submitting reports as directed, and overseeing works to ensure they are carried out safely and properly.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent accreditation recognised by PEB Singapore.
• Registered as a Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• About 3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience.

Liaison and Project Coordination

• You will be responsible for supervising all works on site and ensuring compliance with drawings, safety standards, and local authority regulations.
• Design and submit drawings for approval, as well as coordinate plans for implementation.
• Able to prepare preconstruction isometric drawings and materials lists prior to site possession.
• E nsure site storage facilities are ready and inventory systems are in place at all times.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attend inspections and meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, main contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare progress claims for submission to main contractors and clients, and attend relevant meetings.
• Prepare and certify progress claims for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Will be expected to adapt to changing company policies and procedures.
• May require working extended hours to ensure project success.

• Possess a valid Plumber's License (preferable)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Autocad knowledge will be an advantage
• Hold a Class 3 Singapore Driving License

About the Job

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will oversee project progress and report daily installation work on site. Your responsibilities will include supervising subcon works to ensure subcontractors adhere to scheduled timelines.

You will prepare work orders for fabrication works and arrange installations in accordance with approved drawings and materials. Conducting site supervision of construction workers and arranging inspections with RTO are also key aspects of this role.

Maintaining quality work to achieve CONQUAS and QM requirements is essential. Additionally, you will support the Safety Team by ensuring subcontractors adhere to safety procedures and requirements.

You will provide feedback and solutions on technical problems and liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients on shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.

A background in the construction industry, particularly HDB projects, is advantageous.
